Natalie Green, President & Worship Coordinator
ngreen@albany.edu
Hi! My name is Natalie and I am from Milford, CT.
I am a Senior majoring in English with a minor in Classics. After I
graduate I hope to go to graduate school and eventually teach
English at the high school level. I have been a member of
Cornerstone since my Freshman year and will be the President for
this school year. Cornerstone provides a place to grow in your faith
as well as support, friendship, and many opportunities to serve
within the community. Joining Cornerstone is one of the best
decisions I have made while at SUNY Albany, it has truly become a
home away from home, and I look forward to the new school year. Do
not hesitate to contact me for any reason or at any time! :)

Christine Bloeckler, Mission and Service Coordinator
cb728611@albany.edu
Hello!
My name is Christine Bloecker and I am the Mission and Service
Coordinator for Cornerstone. I come from Chester, Virginia (about
ten hours away) and am currently majoring in Atmospheric Science
here at Albany. I first joined Cornerstone when I was a freshman and
it instantly felt like my home away from home. The events are fun,
the members are all super friendly, and the worships and dinners
always leave me in a feel-good mood! I
wanted to give back something to the group, so when I heard there
were Peer Minister positions open, especially one dealing with
mission service, I was excited to take it! We have a lot of
community service events planned for the year, and I will be there
to help plan and carry out every one of them!
Heather Bergstraesser, Bible Study Coordinator

Hey everyone! I am so happy to say that I will
be leading Bible study again! I am a graduate from UAlbany now. I
have my degree in Human Biology woohoo!! lol That being said, I am
always available for any questions Cornerstone related, or not.
Please don't hesitate to contact me. The Cornerstone ministry has
been such an amazing part of my life, and I am thrilled that I get
to continue to be a part of it. I have started my post grad life in
Albany (I am originally from Syracuse) so I will be sticking around
for awhile
Hope to see you all at Bible study and all throughout this year!!
Matt Barry , Grad Student Coordinator
mbarry@albany.edu
My
name is Matthew Barry and am serving as the Graduate Student
Coordinator for the 2011-2012 school year. I am currently a second
year Masters student in the Chemistry department and have been a
part of Cornerstone since my freshman year at UAlbany. While all
events Cornerstone hosts are open to graduate students, the main
event geared specifically toward them is Theology on Tap. Theology
on Tap meets the 2nd and 4th Monday of every month at Sutters
(across the street from Western entrance to campus) beginning at
8:15 (pm of course!). It is a theological discussion which
encompasses anything and everything. Past talks have included
Evolution, God in War, and any current political events. However it
is completely up to the group as to what is discussed each time. It
is a great laid back experience to hang out, have a beer or wine (or
nothing if you prefer), and enjoy the company of some great people
