Community Dinners at First Lutheran Church - 4th Monday of Every Month

Once a month, our congregational partner FIrst Lutheran Church in Albany hosts a community dinner where volunteers come together to prepare and share a homecooked meal with members of the local community and distribute produce and other items to those who need it most. Cornerstone is happy to join them in this charitable event!
There are two volunteer sessions available: 4-6PM Set up food bank and prepare dinner or 6-8PM Serve dinner, distribute food, clean up, and take down tables and chairs   Shift 1 will leave the Interfaith Center at 3:45PM. If you can come any length of time, we'd appreciate the help! Please mention which shift you'd like to attend (so we can have enough transportation) and if you can drive, especially if you're coming for only the 2nd shift. You can also take the downtown campus bus or Route 11 CDTA to Western Ave. and Quail St. First Lutheran Church is right behind Mary Jane Books.
